Please call for an exact quote or submit an online request.
We request that clients submit payment on the day of inspection,
unless they are out of town and unable to do so. In that case we
will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We also ask that the client be present at the home for a
consultation at the end of the inspection. The client will
understand the inspection report better by relating it to the actual
house than discussing it on the phone.
Homes & Townhomes
$250 - 0 to 1499 square feet
$275 - 1500 to 1999 square feet
$300 -
2000+ square feet
add $.10 per square foot over 2000
Pier and Beam
foundations are extra since we have to inspect the crawl space.
Swimming Pools, outbuildings, sprinkler systems
and termite inspections are also
extra.
Phase Inspections for new construction are also available.

We inspect Retail Strip Centers, Warehouses, Motels and Apartment
Buildings.
Every Commercial property is different so please call to set up a
time for us to come out to the property to do an on-site estimate.
