At Burns Home & Commercial Inspections LLC, our priority in serving you
is to ensure that you have a clear, unbiased opinion about the safety
and condition of the real estate you are about to purchase. We're here to help make the process of
purchasing a new home or commercial real estate as stress-free as possible!
What to expect
A Professional Real Estate Inspector will thoroughly inspect a
property with a focus on the structural, mechanical and electrical
condition of the property.
The purpose of a professional inspection is to give the real
estate agent or prospective buyer a way to detect some of the readily
accessible flaws or damages to the major components and systems of a
home. It is not designed to uncover all flaws or problems that
may exist in a given home.
See our preliminary home inspection
checklist to see what we are looking for when we do a home
inspection for you.

Requesting an Inspection
Please call for an exact quote or submit an online request.
We request that clients submit payment on the day of inspection,
unless they are out of town and unable to do so. In that case we
will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We also ask that the client be present at the home for a
consultation at the end of the inspection. The client will
understand the inspection report better by relating it to the actual
house than discussing it on the phone.
